As the Remittance Supervisor, Regina focuses on customer payment experience, employee development and engagement, customer and third-party vendor relationships, and reconciliation for all utility payment transactions.
Regina joined TEP in 2007 and held positions as a Customer Care Representative, Credit and Collections Representative, Bankruptcy Specialist, and Sr Remittance Processing Specialist while continuing her education.
Outside of her day-to-day role, Regina enjoys managing her daughter’s youth soccer team. She is also a member of TEP’s Community Action Team, which allows her many opportunities to show her passion for volunteering in her community.
