How OPPD Transformed ETR Communication and Customer Experience

Through continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and digital engagement, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) enhanced outage communications, improved ETR accuracy, and elevated customer experience during two major 2025 storm events.

The effort earned OPPD Silver recognition for Excellence in Outage Communication in Chartwell‘s 2026 Best Practices Awards.
