Cobb EMC Finds An Agile Path to Outage Communications Improvements

Utilities face many of the same concerns as one another, regardless of region, size, or ownership structure. But not every utility approaches challenges or develops new products and processes in the same way. Cobb EMC found a creative way to improve its outage communications and raise customer satisfaction (CSAT) by empowering a small cross-functional team to build connections, collaborate, and address issues as they found them.
