Elizabeth Adams is Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Entergy, where she leads the company’s efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences while advancing strategic growth, customer operations, analytics, and innovative products and services. Since joining Entergy in 2015, she has held leadership roles spanning legal, innovation, enterprise planning, and system planning and operations, helping shape the company’s long-term strategy for grid modernization, sustainability, and customer value. Before Entergy, Adams practiced public utility law in Louisiana and Texas. A Presidential Leadership Scholar, she is also leading sustainability initiatives for the New Orleans Super Bowl Host Committee. Adams holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas School of Law and completed MIT’s Nuclear Reactor Technology Course in 2023.
