PSEG Long Island Doubles TOU Pilot Program Goals

PSEG Long Island introduced a voluntary Time of Use (TOU) pilot program in December 2021. Throughout 2022, the utility incorporated continuous improvement initiatives and personalized messaging to increase the program’s reach and augment its customers’ experience. In the first year of the program, the utility more than doubled its enrollment goal, equipped participants to achieve bill savings of approximately 10%, and garnered customer satisfaction gains among its target audience.

This program earned PSEG Long Island a Gold Award in Chartwell’s 2023 Best Practices Awards.
