JEA’s MyWay Program Gives Customers Control Over Their Electric and Water Usage
Since JEA unveiled its “MyWay” prepaid metering solution more than a decade ago, the program has resulted in satisfied customers and bolstered utility operations. While MyWay functions as a cost recovery component for the utility, the integration of AMI into JEA's prepay program also empowers customers to take greater control of their usage and balance household energy needs with other budgetary considerations.
