Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a mainstay across industries. Utilities of all types and sizes are striving to understand the possibilities and pitfalls of AI while developing or implementing plans to utilize the emerging technology in meaningful and productive ways.
Georgia Power’s communications and marketing teams began exploring the benefits of generative artificial intelligence, or Gen AI, more intentionally in 2023. The utility is taking a mindful, yet forward-thinking approach to its use by utilizing the technology to provide content that best resonates with its customers.
