EV Benchmark Survey in the Field for North American Utilities

Gain insights into North American Electric Vehicle (EV) trends and benchmark your utility EV programs and performance against other utilities by completing the Chartwell Electric Vehicle Benchmark Industry Survey.

The study measures a variety of topics within transportation electrification, including customer EV adoption and use, EV-related customer satisfaction research, EV utility programs, incentives, and partnerships. The purpose of this survey is to identify industry-wide trends and best practices for electric utilities.

EV sales continue to show strong growth, according to the latest data from Kelley Blue Book. In Q2 2024 346,308 EVs were sold in the U.S., a 5% increase from Q2 representing a new record high of 8.9% of all US vehicles sold.
