Idaho Power Partners with Hallmark to Send Cards to Customers

In 2018, Idaho Power partnered with Hallmark Business Connections to launch Idaho Power Cares, a program that offers employees a streamlined way to send personalized greeting cards to customers after meaningful interactions. The program has been a hit with customers and employees, especially as part of the utility’s COVID-19 response to provide support to customers during the pandemic.
