DTE Energy Overhauls Internal Functions to Strengthen Outage Communication Accuracy
Following a series of unprecedented weather events in the summer of 2021, DTE Energy launched its Error Free Communication project. As a result of the project, DTE successfully completed system modernizations and process improvements, strengthened its customer-facing self-service channels, and improved its overall ability to communicate consistently and accurately when outages occur.
