ATCO Electric Revitalizes Customers’ Experience With an All-Encompassing Transformation
As part of a five-year initiative, ATCO Electric is in the midst of a broad, sweeping, and robust Customer Experience Transformation project. Throughout the process, the utility is assessing, analyzing, and endeavoring to improve customer service engagement across every touchpoint in the organization. ATCO Electric is successfully harnessing a data-driven approach to glean key insights and understanding in order to holistically enrich its customers’ experience.
This project has been recognized with the first-ever Award for Customer Transformational Leadership as part of Chartwell's 2024 Best Practices Awards.
