2024 Emergency Management Practitioner Survey Datasheet

The results of Chartwell’s 2024 Emergency Management Practitioner Industry Survey include 42 complete responses from utilities across the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 100 million customers. Respondents include IOUs, municipalities, public utility districts, and crown corporations. 

The survey covers a variety of topics about utility emergency management including how utilities organize resources, train and activate staff, and adapt established standards for their context.
