• What safety measures are you taking onsite to provide a safe environment?

  During the conference and all conference events, all staff, attendees, speakers, and exhibitors will be required to follow current local safety measures.

   

  To prepare for your stay in Atlanta, you can check on local recommended and mandated COVID-19 precautions by visiting here.

   

  Our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, is taking extra precautionary measures to ensure a clean, safe stay. Read about Hyatt’s Commitment to Care & Cleanliness here.

• What will be required to attend the conference?

  Here at Chartwell, the safety and well-being of our staff, attendees, speakers, and exhibitors are our top priority.

   

  After review of local and federal guidelines and in accordance with public health guidance, we will no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, a negative test, or the wearing of face coverings. We encourage our participants to be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations or wear a face coverings, which will be available during the conference. 

• Where can I go to get tested if I feel sick?

  The following locations may be able to provide local rapid testing. Please contact for pricing and details. Chartwell has no affiliation with these locations and will not be held responsible for their actions, pricing, or standards. COVID-19 testing cost is at the expense of the attendee.
