With a strong background in damage prevention, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, Daniel is known for driving innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing public safety. He holds an MBA from Iona University and actively contributes to several industry boards and committees.

Ethan is an engineering and project management professional with over a decade of experience driving projects that enhance how communities move, live, and thrive within their built environment. As the Electric Vehicle Customer Specialist at Hawaiian Electric, Ethan leads strategic initiatives to streamline EV charging service connections and improve EV drivers’ customer experience, accelerating clean transportation adoption across Hawai‘i.
Ethan’s diverse professional background spans energy efficiency and renewable energy project development, institutional construction project management, and operations management in agricultural technology.
Ethan earned a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University. He is also a Certified Energy Manager and LEED Accredited Professional.
