Lawrence works closely with manufacturing companies, logistics firms, technology facilities, and large redevelopment projects to support business growth while aligning new demand with utility system capabilities. With more than 25 years of experience in economic and community development, he previously held leadership roles with regional growth alliances, economic development agencies, and business improvement districts. His work focuses on connecting utility infrastructure, regional investment, and long-term commercial load growth.
