Snohomish PUD Applies Self-Attestation Process to Simplify Bill Credit Distribution

In 2024, the State of Washington announced that more than $14.4 million in funding would be made available as bill credits for Snohomish PUD’s low- and moderate-income customer base, with priority given to those customers most in need. To effectively apply allocations to customer accounts, the utility hosted an online self-attestation portal, providing customers with the opportunity to self-verify funding eligibility.
