Networking Efforts Open New Possibilities for Utilities Serving Small Businesses

Connection, conversation, and partnership have fueled major growth in CPS Energy’s ability to reach small business customers in San Antonio, Texas. CPS has leveraged its Energy2Business team, which it created three years ago, to engage small-to-medium-sized businesses, or SMBs, and form reciprocal relationships that benefit the community on multiple levels.

CPS’ holistic efforts to assist SMBs with energy savings allow for economic opportunity and mindful energy usage as the utility caters to the needs of bakeries, restaurants, small shopping centers, and other small establishments that make up the backbone of local business communities.
