Mobile apps and wallets continue to be a popular option for younger customers, offering more ways for customers to pay digitally and via methods they often already use. Utilities have made great strides in enhancing app functionality over the past few years, but growth has remained flat, offering opportunities for utilities to increase adoption of these mobile options among their customers.
