Exelon Digitizes Processes to Put Initiative in Customers’ Hands

Account adjustments and service changes can result in tension for customers as they navigate communication and spend valuable time and energy. Exelon identified these times of transition as unique opportunities to improve the customer experience. The company’s efforts to put the ability to make these changes into the hands of their customers resulted in lower costs for the utility and greater satisfaction on the part of customers.

Their efforts earned them Silver recognition in Chartwell’s 2023 Best Practices Awards.
