Enbridge Gas Increases Reach of Home Winterproofing Program Through Targeted Campaign
Enbridge Gas has made significant strides in the area of energy conservation with customer empowerment in mind, and its efforts earned the Calgary-based utility Bronze recognition in Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards in the Marketing and Communications category. Through an outreach campaign designed to raise participation in the Enbridge Gas Home Winterproofing Program, Enbridge directed its efforts toward income-qualified households in areas where there was high opportunity but low participation. The result, through careful targeting and inclusion efforts, was a significant uptick in enrollment and trust from communities.
