Entergy’s Messaging Refresh Wins Gold in Outage Communications Category of Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards

In 2022, Entergy began a refresh of its outage communication distribution practices. After identifying pain points rooted in outdated and manual processes, the utility focused on key internal functions to facilitate improvement. As a result, message cycle times were reduced, while customer reach as well as employee and customer satisfaction have notably increased.

This project won Entergy Gold in Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards for Outage Communications, and this case study will be featured at PowerUp.
