Andy Schorn, Director Customer Revenue, CPS Energy
Andy Schorn joined CPS Energy in 2017 after spending nearly 40 years working in the banking industry, holding senior-level positions in multiple customer contact roles. Since joining CPS Energy, he has led the Customer Revenue teams, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Processing, and Outsourcing. Andy obtained his undergraduate degree in Special Education and his MBA in Business Leadership. He is a Navy Veteran, has been married for 40 years, and is the father to two grown sons and one grandson.

Regina Rowden, Supervisor, Customer Care Remittance, Tuscon Electric Power
Regina joined TEP in 2007 and held positions as a Customer Care Representative, Credit and Collections Representative, Bankruptcy Specialist, and Senior Remittance Processing Specialist while continuing her education. Outside of her day-to-day role, Regina enjoys managing her daughter’s youth soccer team. She is also a member of TEP’s Community Action Team, which allows her many opportunities to show her passion for volunteering in her community.
