Mobile App and Wallet Usage is Still Rising, but There is Room for Growth
While the number of utilities offering a mobile app has risen in recent years, data indicates that growth slowed in 2023. This infographic, which includes data from Chartwell’s 2023 Mobile Audit, also shows that customers who do use these apps have a more favorable opinion of them than they did even a few years ago as utilities continue to improve functionality and offer more options.
