Chartwell Wraps Three-Part Series on Residential Customer Preferences with Look at the Future
Chartwell recently completed work on our Residential Consumer and Future Views of the Customer Surveys from 2024. These in-depth surveys take a close look at the customer-utility relationship through the eyes of consumer preferences and expectations. This year three key themes were identified: Energy Affordability Challenges, Digital Experience, and Consumer Expectations for Utility Roles in the Future. The last of the three-part series of reports is now available on the Insight Center. This report offers insights on the role that customers want their utilities to play in the future, and highlights grid reliability, seamless service, and personalized communications.
This series is a must for utilities as they work to improve service and invest wisely. The more consumers’ experiences with retailers and other service providers influence their expectations for how business should be conducted, the greater the potential for utilities to innovate and dramatically reimagine the utility customer experience (CX).
