Improving Customer Segmentation

In 2015, Ameren Missouri implemented the SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, improving customer segmentation significantly. This process allowed them to run essentially all customer campaigns through the tool for tracking, targeting and reporting.

Ameren’s implementation of the tool improved the customer experience by providing more efficient and personalized communications and increased cost savings by bringing previous vendor work in-house.
