55% of customers who rate their utility company as excellent in Ease of Doing Business would choose to stay with that company if given the option. These customers are very loyal.

For customers, trust and reliability are closely linked to satisfaction and ease of doing business. It’s no surprise that the easier it is for consumers to work with their utility, the more satisfied and loyal they become.
