The project goals were to ensure customers could see the value of what they are paying for, feel their energy costs were reasonable, and understand how they could save energy. Beyond the Bill resulted in new bill designs that give customers the right information at the right time, treat them like they matter, and make customer tasks as simple and efficient as possible.
