Hydro One Harnesses Data-Driven Tool to Strengthen Outage Predictions and Response

In response to increasing grid demands and vulnerabilities, Hydro One has partnered with IBM to deploy an Outage Prediction Tool. The tool has provided Hydro One with a number of forecasting and analysis opportunities that equip the utility to better prepare for and respond to outage events, communicate with customers, and strengthen overall outage operations.
