Manitoba Hydro’s Journey to Launch a Business Customer Survey

Manitoba Hydro created and launched a new business customer survey for their large commercial and industrial (C&I) customers to better understand their current service experiences and maximize business customer satisfaction. This initiative has grown from gaining internal support, building the right team, and designing the right questionnaire to deciding which channels to use for distribution, and how best to get customer participation.
