Engagement Strategies Needed to Meet Diverse Customer Needs
During a recent Chartwell webinar, representatives from Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Georgia Power Company, and Austin Energy shared insights and case studies regarding the benefits of increasing utility customer engagement. Each participant emphasized the link between the utility’s success and customer engagement, and the speakers proposed several tools and methods for capitalizing on this connection by further increasing affordability for and communication with multiple customer types, in particular business customers and those owning or considering electric vehicles (EVs).
