ComEd’s Community Energy Assistance Ambassador Program Makes Connections

ComEd launched the Community Energy Assistance Ambassador (CEAA) Program in response to the pressing needs of under-resourced and vulnerable communities within its service territory. The CEAA Program not only addresses the challenges faced by these communities; it also fosters meaningful connections between customers and ComEd team members with a program that hires from within the communities ComEd serves.

These efforts earned ComEd Bronze recognition in Chartwell’s 2023 Best Practices Awards.
