Becoming Your Business Customers’ Trusted Energy Advisor

Large and mid-sized business customers are navigating rising energy costs, electrification decisions, sustainability goals, and increasing operational risk. In this environment, utilities have an opportunity to move beyond transactional service and become trusted energy advisors. This panel will explore how utilities are strengthening relationships with business customers by providing more proactive guidance, clearer communication, and data-driven insights that support operational and financial decision-making.

Panelists will discuss strategies for helping customers manage energy use, plan for electrification and resilience investments, and navigate complex rate structures and incentive programs. The discussion will highlight how utilities can build long-term partnerships with business customers – improving satisfaction, supporting economic growth, and positioning the utility as a trusted advisor rather than simply an energy provider.
