Hydro One’s Use of AI and Analytics Strengthens Customer Journey Blueprint
Hydro One has incorporated Conversation Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance its Voice of the Customer (VOC) program to garner valuable customer insights from customer feedback.
