Internal Communication Portal Builds Outage Continuity at Avista

To improve the flow of information during unplanned outage events, Avista Utilities has developed an Internal Communication Portal. The portal is designed to improve operational efficiency and bolster transparency to internal stakeholders. Since its launch in 2022, Avista has been able to successfully demonstrate the portal’s effectiveness in producing functional outage information and streamlining the availability of knowledge consistently across the organization.
