ComEd’s Welcome Email Series Strengthens Customer Relations From the Start

ComEd has created an Email Welcome Series for its new and relocating customers. Emails are distributed shortly after a customers’ service is activated and is designed to foster connection, build goodwill, and provide proactive responses to frequently asked questions. The series has garnered significant open rates and engagement with ComEd customers.

This program earned ComEd a Gold Award in Chartwell’s 2023 Best Practices Awards.
