Alabama Power Data Mines to Gauge Operational Performance, Customer Satisfaction

To trace and aggregate interactions across various utility systems, Alabama Power has developed a proprietary outage-based customer survey technology solution. Through this technology, Alabama Power is able to pinpoint the root cause of customer issues and then assign investigation and resolution to the proper departments. Through its initiative, Alabama Power has endeavored to advance operational efficiency, restoration, and the customer experience.
