  • Amy Atchley, EV Equity Development Manager, Austin Energy
Amy Atchley is a leader in social impact; possessing a diverse skill set that draws from over 20 years of experience serving vulnerable communities through her work with the non-profit sector with agencies like Meals on Wheels Central Texas and the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. Her role at Austin Energy is building frameworks of equity through transportation electrification access by collaborating with community stakeholders and historically underserved communities. She brings an experienced perspective and passion to her work by designing human centered programs that ensure people are not left behind as emerging technologies become mainstream. The core of Amy’s work is to develop and implement new market offerings and policy direction to provide a meaningful community impact that advances decarbonization.
Amy’s community leadership roles include Board of Directors at EcoRise and she is also a working Austin-based singer/songwriter.

 

 

  • Adam Grant, Director, Integrated Energy Services, NV Energy
Adam Grant is the Director of Integrated Energy Services for NV Energy. His role centers on advancing Electric Vehicle infrastructure in Nevada as well as and strategy and operations for delivering Integrated Energy Efficiency and Demand Response programs throughout the state. He joined the company in corporate marketing in 2007 and began managing the delivery of all NV Energy’s efficiency programs since 2009, He has been in his current role since 2022. Prior to joining NV Energy, he worked as the marketing and sponsorship director for a professional sports franchise in Las Vegas and was also part of the team that represented former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. 
 

 

  • Shriram Ramanathan, Chief of Staff to CEO, VP – Strategy and Operations, Bidgely
Shriram is VP, Strategy and Operations, as well as AI strategist and Chief of Staff at Bidgely, working on topics as diverse as strategy, growth, packaging, and pricing. Prior to joining Bidgely, he headed a digital transformation research and consulting team where he helped launch and grow several services including in artificial intelligence and industrial IoT. In this role, he guided C-suite executives in utilities and other sectors in establishing digital transformation roadmaps, identifying scalable use cases depending on technology maturity of AI and IoT, and monetizing digital products via novel business models. Shriram is a recognized expert in artificial intelligence and has been invited to chair and present at various AI conferences and has also been featured as a digital thought leader in multiple business magazines.
