I.S. will leverage that model to bring those insights to other areas of the utility to best serve the needs of the clients going forward. Chartwell’s talented employee base includes industry thought leaders across a variety of disciplines, whose insights help member utilities improve operations and increase customer satisfaction.

Through this work, he has become a leader in determining the key metrics for successful utility operations and the people, processes and technology needed to implement those improvements.

He understands the industry’s importance to the hundreds of millions of customers across North America who depend on the industry to turn on their lights, heat their homes, and improve their lives. He will lead Chartwell to continue this legacy of successful service to our clients and to their customers.

In his previous role as Director of Revenue, I.S. successfully grew revenue through value-enhancing offerings and fostered relationships with other industry leaders. I.S. joined Chartwell in 2020 as Director of Data Analytics and Research. Previously, he worked with Ericsson, Inc.
