While individually a single customer might be quite small, collectively these customers represent a significant part of a utility’s business customer population, revenue and load. Many utilities are recognizing this importance and the need to develop ways to connect with these smaller and sometimes more silent business customers.   • Brandy Davis, Supervisor, Business Energy Solutions, PG&E
Brandy Davis, Business Energy Solutions Supervisor at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where she leads a team of Customer Relationship Managers serving over 700 medium-sized businesses across north and central California. With more than 18 years at PG&E, she has deep expertise in helping businesses align their operational goals with evolving energy industry needs, driving efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability. 
Before moving into leadership in 2019, Brandy spent over a decade as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, working directly with medium and large business clients to assess and optimize their energy usage. Her career began at AmeriGas, where she coordinated district operations for seven years. 
Brandy holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and is an active community volunteer, coordinating meals and events for guests at Terry’s House at Community Medical Center. Based in Clovis, California, she is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering meaningful community impact. 

 

  • Monica Flores, Energy2Business Liaison and Community Engagement, CPS Energy
Monica Flores is a dedicated Energy2Business Liaison based in San Antonio, TX. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, she is guided by her core values of putting people first, accountability, and integrity in both personal and professional interactions. 
Her journey with CPS Energy began in the early 2000s, and after returning more than a decade later, she has embraced the opportunity to serve over 90,000 local business locations—each one a vital part of the regional economy. 
A graduate of Texas A&M San Antonio, Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology and is currently pursuing her MBA to strengthen her strategic insight and prepare for future leadership opportunities. As a proud San Antonio native, she is honored to contribute to the success of her community through her work at CPS Energy—an organization she deeply respects and enjoys being part of. 
In her role, Monica serves as a hands-on advocate for small and medium-sized businesses in and around San Antonio, working to strengthen their bottom line and ensure they receive the energy solutions and support they need. Her approach is grounded in accessibility, responsiveness, and a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive. 
Her goal is to continue evolving as a connector between people, ideas, and solutions—ensuring that the businesses powering San Antonio have the tools and support necessary to flourish in a rapidly changing world.
