Building on Oncor’s excellence in process, technology and analytics, Mr. Austin is leading the fundamental transformation of how Oncor shares information with its 13 million customers. Mr. Austin has more than 30 years of broad experience in the technology, energy and finance industries, including at Oncor and its former affiliated companies. He serves on several educational and civic boards, including the Information Technology Operations Management Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University and the Business Council for the Arts.
