Personalized Alerts & Customer Service
PSE&G has been working to improve communications with customers by allowing them to designate preferences for the importance, timing and channel of available alerts. By assessing these preferences through a preference center in the MyAccount portal, the utility can leverage that data to improve its alert efforts.
