SoCalGas Enhances Energy Analysis Tool to Provide Customers More ‘Ways to Save’

Seeking to provide customers with a comprehensive look at energy usage data and related cost-cutting opportunities, SoCalGas launched its ‘Ways to Save’ digital platform in August 2020. Since the platform’s rollout, SoCalGas customers have increasingly accessed the tool to better understand energy usage, resulting in increased savings for the customer and utility alike. The program took home an Honorable Mention in the Digital Experience category of Chartwell’s 2021 Best Practices Awards.
