Utility Emergency Management Practitioners List Situational Awareness as a Top Concern

Recent utility emergency management (EM) round table participants were polled and asked to prioritize their utility EM challenges using a 4-point scale. The purpose of this exercise was to identify the most pressing challenges and gauge the level of preparedness across different utilities.
